The Argentina national football team has been named the best team of 2022 by the Laureus World Sports Academy.
This award has existed since 2000, the Argentines took it for the first time. England women’s national football team, France national rugby union team, Golden State (basketball), Red Bull (Formula 1), Real Madrid (football) have also won this award.
Earlier the name of the best athlete in 2022 became known.
