Forward of the St. Petersburg “Zenith” Ivan Sergeev called the goal scored against the Moscow “Spartak” in the 26th round of the WORLD RPL, the most important in his career.
On Sunday, Zenit became the champion of Russia ahead of schedule, beating Moscow Spartak (3: 2) at home in the game of the 26th round of the RPL. The Petersburgers scored the winning goal in stoppage time for the second half, Sergeyev scored.
– The goal scored against Spartak in the championship match is the most important goal in my career at the moment. But I think there will be even more important ones ahead,” Sergeev told Sport24.
Zenit became the champion of the country for the 10th time and received the right to put a second star on the club emblem.
