Italian Football Federation (FIGC) set a new hearing for Juventus to review the sentence for 22 May. The application for the protection of the Turinese will be filed on 17 May.
In January, Juventus were deprived of 15 points due to an investigation into a case of fictitious capital gains. In April, the Guarantee Panel of the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) upheld the Turin club’s appeal against this decision. Prior to the retrial, the points were returned to the club.
It had previously been known that the Bianconeri could be deprived of 9 points before the 2023/24 season.
