Spartak striker Shamar Nicholson said that the team hopes to finish the RPL season in the top three.
On Saturday, the Moscow team on the road played a draw with Khimki (1:1) in the match of the 27th round of the WORLD RPL.
– It was a difficult match against Khimki. We wanted to win it. Unfortunately, it happened, it’s football. This is what happens when you take advantage of a numerical advantage.
But the most important thing is that we didn’t lose. Game follows game, we still continue to believe together that we will be able to win the remaining matches in order to finish the championship in the top 3,” Nicholson told Metaratings.ru.
Spartak scored 50 points and remains in fourth place in the RPL table.
