The issue of obtaining Russian citizenship by the midfielder of the “Wings of the Soviets” Benjamin Garre has not yet been resolved, said the representative of the football player Emilio Champion.
— We have not yet received any response on our application for Russian citizenship. The documents are still under consideration. It takes a long time,” Garre spokesman told Sport24.
22-year-old Garre joined the Wings of the Soviets in January 2023. He made 15 appearances for the team, scoring and assisting.
Wings of the Soviets are in 13th place in the WORLD RPL standings with 26 points. On May 21, Samarans will host the Ural, starting at 14:00 Moscow time.
