Manchester City has filed a lawsuit against Premier League over 115 allegations of alleged financial misconduct.
The club is trying to contest the allegations, as well as the participation in the case of the head of an independent judicial panel Murray Rosenwho is a fan of the team’s direct competitor in the title fight this season – Arsenal.
