“Kokorin has returned to football great, the guy needs to be praised” – Mostovoy

Former Spartak midfielder Alexander Mostovoy told RB Sport that the success of Aris forward Alexander Kokorin in the Cyprus championship is commendable.
Kokorin, who plays on loan for Aris, received the Cyprus Footballers Association Award and was recognized as the best player in the country’s championship at the end of the 2022/23 season.
– The guy needs to be praised, it’s great. It is clear that this is Cyprus, but we must not forget that Kokorin went through, what kind of past he has. Well done for scoring goals. He has made a great return to football. He is already over 30, and believe me that at this age in any championship is not easy. Therefore, Kokorin can only be praised,” Mostovoy said.
Kokorin has played 28 matches for Aris in all competitions this season, scoring 13 goals and providing six assists.
