Fakel did not deserve defeat in the game with Lokomotiv, Yuri Belous believes

The former vice-president of Lokomotiv, Yuri Belous, told RB Sport that he considers the match between the railway workers and Fakel in the 28th round of the WORLD RPL to be a draw.

The game ended with a score of 1:0 in favor of the railroad. The only goal was scored by Anton Miranchuk.

“Lokomotiv’s class ultimately played a key role,” Whitebeard said. Miranchuk scored a wonderful masterful goal. This ball was the icing on the cake in this game. I would not say that there was a big difference in class between the teams. One hit of the “Torch” on the crossbar is worth something.

– How do you rate the work of Evseev in the “Torch”?

– It’s hard to say right now. Evseev has always been a demanding and strong-willed coach. It will be possible to talk about his work only when the team has been trained with him. Fakel played well and didn’t deserve to lose. The match was a draw.

– Will Fakel remain in the RPL at the end of the season?

— It depends not only on Voronezh residents. We must not forget that there are also Wings of the Soviets, PARI NN and Khimki, which should not be written off for now. At least Khimki can fight. This is a very important round for understanding who will fly out.

Lokomotiv scored 39 points and climbed to the eighth line of the RPL standings. In the next round, on May 28, the railroad workers will play Dynamo Moscow on the road.
