Italian journalist Pietro Ladzerini said that Fiorentina would not want to leave Russian striker Alexander Kokorin in the squad.
Earlier, Kokorin, who plays for Aris, received the Cyprus Football Association Award and was recognized as the best player in the national championship this season. The striker is owned by Fiorentina.
– I don’t think that Vincenzo Italiano or another Fiorentina coach will give Kokorin another chance at the club. They will try to sell it. I won’t say for sure what price tag will be put up for Kokorin, but Fiorentina will definitely try to get as much as possible. I think we are talking about 3-4 million euros, – RB Sport quotes Ladzerini.
This season, the 32-year-old forward has made 28 appearances for Aris in all competitions, scoring 13 goals and providing six assists.
