Baltika players will not be whipping boys in the RPL, said the club’s CEO

The general director of the Kaliningrad “Baltika” Kirill Volzhenkin said that the team’s players are not going to be “whipping boys” next season of the WORLD RPL.
Baltika, following the results of the last season of the First League, won a ticket to the RPL. The team returned to the top division of Russia after 25 years.
