Krasnodar played at a good level and allowed CSKA to do almost nothing in their penalty area, said former CSKA youth coach Alexander Grishin.
The meeting of the 29th round of the WORLD RPL ended with a score of 0:0.
– It is noticeable that Vladimir Ivic is excellent at Krasnodar, he was able to build good attacking football. The Bulls put great pressure, rebuilt at the right time and defended with dignity. At times it was not noticeable that they were shorthanded, because it was very difficult for CSKA to break their defense when they sat low blocking and began to play on the counterattacks.
The young guys in the bulls also looked great. Georgy Khachaturian played decently in defense, and Stanislav Agkatsev repeatedly rescued Krasnodar and looked no worse than Matvey Safonov.
Therefore, I would not say that the army team could not win because of some kind of psychological pressure. Rather, Krasnodar played at a good level and allowed almost nothing to be done in his own penalty area, – said Grishin RT.
CSKA is second in the league table with 55 points, Krasnodar is sixth with 47 points.
