Former football player Vladimir Granat said that CSKA has an advantage over Spartak and Rostov in the fight for RPL silver medals, as they will only rely on their result.
Everyone has an equal chance for second place. But the advantage of CSKA over Spartak and Rostov is that they do not depend on anyone – only on themselves. “Rostov” and “Spartak” will hope in the last round not only for their results, – said Granat “Championship”.
Rostov beat Akhmat (3:2) on Sunday, CSKA Moscow and Spartak lost points, drawing with Krasnodar and PARI NN, respectively. Both meetings ended with the score 0:0.
Valery Karpin’s team scored 53 points and is fourth in the standings. In the final round, Rostov in Moscow will play with CSKA, which is second with 55 points. Third place with 54 points is taken by Spartak.
