The head coach of the Kazakhstan national team, Magomed Adiev, admitted that he was encouraged by the fact that all Kazakhstani players from the RPL get playing time.

– I follow all the candidates for the Kazakhstan national team and I am glad that all the players playing in the RPL get playing time. We are very encouraged in the upcoming games.

I wouldn’t say that Khimki’s relegation to the First League will be a big problem for us. Of course, I want Lev Skvortsov to continue playing in the RPL, but if he plays in the First League, then I don’t see any problems here. There are many games, a difficult and competitive championship, plus Andrei Talalaev works there, who has a good training process. Therefore, in their departure from the RPL, I do not see a big problem for the national team. Should we expect him in the team from the First League? We are in such a status that we cannot scatter players, we consider all the players and draw conclusions.

I am in touch with Zainutdinov, I talked to him. We see that in the last two matches he took the field and got playing time, we are happy about that. We are waiting for him in the next games, including the Russian Cup final. He came and is in a much worse condition, when he didn’t play before the national team’s gathering, so now it’s normal.

Alip played in the last matches, we are happy about that. Whether he leaves Zenit or not is his decision. I think that Alip wants to play, I will respect any decision he makes. As for Marat Bystrov, he is now in a normal shape.

Today will be released the final list of players who are called to the national team of Kazakhstan. There are a number of players with whom I have to solve the problem. Will players from the RPL be called up? You will find out soon,” Adiev told Metaratings.ru.

In June, the Kazakhstan national team will play two qualifying matches for the European Championship 2024 – with the San Marino team on June 16 and with the Northern Ireland team three days later.
