CSKA forward Chalov: “The RPL match with Krasnodar was not a rehearsal for the superfinal of the Kyrgyz Republic, there will be other speeds and atmosphere”
CSKA Moscow striker Fedor Chalov shared his expectations from the upcoming FONBET Russian Cup superfinal against Krasnodar.
The decisive match of the tournament between Krasnodar and CSKA will take place on June 11 at the Luzhniki stadium in Moscow.
– Many experts believe that it is CSKA that is the main rival of Zenit in the fight for the championship next season.
– It’s hard to judge this yet, because we have an important game ahead of us, which will determine the place in the table. We are also waiting for the Cup Superfinal with Krasnodar, where two teams worthy of victory will meet.
– They say that in Krasnodar there was a rehearsal of the Cup final. What conclusions did you make for yourself?
– I would not say that it was a rehearsal, because they did not have two or three players who determine the style of the game. The ending will be different anyway. There will be other speeds and atmosphere,” Sport24 quotes Chalov.
