The Brazilian High Court of Sports Justice disqualifies the Santos defender Eduardo Bauermann for 12 games.
He was punished for participating in an illegal sports betting scheme. The athlete’s lawyers insisted that Bauermann did not have time to fulfill the required conditions.
However, the Brazilian club has yet to return the player to the first team.
