Forward of the Moscow “Spartak” Quincy Promes failed to convert a penalty in the match of the 30th round of the WORLD of the Russian Premier League (RPL) with the Samara “Wings of the Soviets”.

Referee Aleksey Amelin awarded a 11-meter kick to the Wings’ goal after touching Benjamin Garre’s hand in the penalty area. Samartsev goalkeeper Evgeny Frolov parried Promes’ shot and also managed to finish off.
