“Fakel” and “PARI NN” will play in “joints” for the right to stay in the RPL

Fakel Voronezh and PARI NN Nizhny Novgorod will play in play-offs for the right to remain in the MIR Russian Premier League next season.

On Saturday, in the final 30th round of the RPL, Fakel lost away to Zenit, which had already secured the championship – 0:1. “Torch” with 30 points dropped to 14th place in the standings.

PARI NN beat Khimki 2-0 at home, scored 30 points and took 13th place.

The Samara “Wings of the Soviets” managed to escape from falling into the “joints”. Igor Osinkin’s team beat Spartak 1-0 at home and with 32 points moved up from the play-off zone to 12th place.

Fakel will compete with Enisey Krasnoyarsk, which took 4th place in the MELBET First League. PARI NN will face Rodina Moscow, which finished the season in 5th place in the First League. The Moscow club got the right to play in the play-offs, as the third-placed Vladikavkaz Alania did not receive the necessary RFU-1 license.

Matches will be played on June 6 and 9. The first matches at home will be held by the teams of the First League.
