Hazard will leave Real Madrid in the summer and may end his career
Real Madrid and midfielder Eden Hazard have reached an agreement under which the player will leave the club on June 30, 2023, according to the press service of the team.
The current contract of the 32-year-old Belgian with Real Madrid runs until the summer of 2024.
“Real Madrid would like to express their gratitude to Eden Hazard and wish him and his entire family the best of luck in this new phase,” the club said in a statement.
Hazard has won eight titles with Real Madrid: the Champions League, the Club World Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, the Copa del Rey and twice the championship and the Super Cup of the country.
According to The Athletic, Hazard could end his career this summer. The player has not yet made a final decision.
