‘I’m not discussing contract termination’: Juventus coach Allegri
Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri praised the team’s performance this season, noting that he is not considering leaving the club.
“I am truly proud of this team, the players, the physios and everyone who has worked all year with professionalism and patience. It has been a difficult year, but also a wonderful one. The season is over and we are all tired. There were some mistakes, but we made the most of the great work of the youth team, so there were positive moments.
From tomorrow I’m going on vacation. I’m not looking for any alibis, there are three facts: third place, taking into account the selected points, the semi-final of the Coppa Italia and the semi-final of the Europa League. The club needs to make plans, and when that’s done and I get directions, we’ll start from there. I’m not discussing the termination of the contract, I still have two years, – said Allegri.
Juventus finished seventh at the end of the Serie A season.
