Former Dynamo goalkeeper Dmitry Tyapushkin told RB Sport that the Blue and White will carefully choose a new head coach, and the appearance of Valery Karpin in this post is quite real.
On May 19, the club announced the departure of Serbian specialist Slavisa Jokanovic. The rest of the season, the Blue and White played out under the guidance of the acting head coach of Dynamo Pavel Alpatov.
– The new Dynamo coach depends on the philosophy of the club and the people who make the decision. It is difficult to predict who will be the priority. There will definitely be a person with experience, so I think that Dynamo will choose their head coach very carefully.
– Call the candidacy of Valery Karpin.
– Valery Georgievich has already proved everything with his work at Rostov. Not to say that there were some super crazy money. Plus, the players he took to his team are probably not of the highest level. Nevertheless, Rostov played and took a worthy place in the championship. Therefore, I think that the appearance of Valery Georgievich in the place of the head coach is quite realistic.
– Dynamo sports director Zeljko Buvac seems to be looking for a head coach in Serbia. The options with Nikolic, Miloevich have disappeared. Do you think it is worth taking the Serb again after the failure with Jokanovic?
– I don’t understand well what coaches are in Serbia. To be honest, I don’t even know the name.
Did Buvac deserve another appointment? He brought Schwartz, then Jokanovic.
All people make mistakes. Both in work and in life. If the leaders of Dynamo trust Buvac, then he will choose. But I don’t think Buvac will make the decision personally.
– Do you see any other Russian specialists besides Karpin as the head coach of Dynamo?
— There are good coaches in Russia who work for results and with some perspective. But in many cases, for some reason, they are given a very short period of time.
– Semak has been with Zenit for five years.
“Therefore, there is a result.
The Blue and White finished in ninth place in the RPL WORLD. In the FONBET Cup of Russia, the team reached the semi-final stage of the Path of Regions, where they lost to Akron in a penalty shootout.
