Fiorentina President Rocco Commisso criticized the behavior of West Ham players and fans during the final match of the Conference Football League.
On Wednesday, the Italian club lost in the final of the tournament to the English team with a score of 1:2, the meeting was held in Prague. In the first half, the game was suspended for several minutes due to the fact that the captain of the violets, Cristiano Biraghi, received a cut on the back of the head after being hit by an object thrown from the stands.
– What should I say? I expected victory. In some moments, the referee should have done better. (Luka) Jovic broke his nose. Another situation with Biragi. I spoke to the president of the English Premier League, I told him that they are animals because of the way they treat our players. Defeat is unfair. We could win with a score of 3:0, I feel sorry for the fans who deserved more, — quotes the words Commisso Football Italia.
