Sochi forward Luka Djordjevic told RB Sport that he had already collected $ 1 million in savings, and once loaned the player 1 million rubles.
– Could you live on 50,000 rubles a month?
– Well, to live … It’s hard, I guess. I would probably try it if it’s the only option. Now I can’t even imagine.
– Do you have a million dollars?
– Eat. Good question. (Laughs.)
– Will you lend 1 million rubles?
Yes, I did. And it was a football player.
Djordjevic joined Sochi in September 2022. In the 2022/23 season, the Montenegrin striker made 17 appearances, scored two goals and made two assists. The agreement with the 28-year-old footballer expires in June.
Sochi finished 10th in the Russian Championship in the 2022/23 season.
