Former Dynamo player Dmitry Bulykin believes that the result of Dynamo under the leadership of Marcel Lichka will depend on the club’s transfer policy, because the composition of the team matters.
Earlier it became known that Lichka, who coached Orenburg for the last two seasons, can lead Dynamo.
– The management and the sports director decide who will be the coach. There is a sports director Zeljko Buvac, whom I considered a coach. He them and was the entire sports career. How did he get to the position of sports director? To be honest, I don’t even know. But he decides everything and justifies everything to the leadership of Dynamo.
The fact that he showed himself well in work with Orenburg and knows the Russian championship speaks for the appointment of Lichka. Of the minuses – this is a foreign specialist, and the fact that this is a completely different club. You can not guess with the coach, because there is a completely different pressure and a momentary result is needed.
Is there a feeling that Lichka is the coach of the second eight teams? We will see this in the course of his work. They also said about Galaktionov that he would not pull it, but he gave the best second round with Lokomotiv. And now no one will say that he is the coach of the second eight teams. Much will depend on the transfer policy, who will be bought, and they will have to work with. And you can ask for new ones ad infinitum. I think Mourinho with Khimki would have also been promoted to the First League.
Naturally, the club will have purchases. But you also need to think about what to do with the old ones? Someone needs to be sold. This is a very delicate process, within which you need to be and have a certain strategy. But not like this: a new coach and new players came. So no money is enough. All expenses must be reasonable and effectively spent.
The line-up and the team are quite good, and you can perform well with them. Now they will make a couple of transfers. But the main work will be carried out during the winter break, because there is time to work out what you want, let the players down in the same readiness and lay the foundation for physical fitness at the end of the season. Because a lot of people get tired in the second half of the championship. In this regard, in the off-season, of course, there is no time for anything. But if they go to the bottom of the standings, then one hundred percent there will be questions for the coach, sports director, and for the entire management of Dynamo,” Bulykin told Metaratings.ru.
Lichka has been coaching Orenburg since the summer of 2020. Under the leadership of a Czech specialist, the team reached the Premier League. Last season, Orenburg repeated the best result for the team in the RPL – 7th place and updated the record for points scored – 46.
