Players from Europe are still ready to move to Russian clubs, Portuguese agent says
Portuguese agent Paulo Barbosa spoke about the possible transfers of players from European clubs to Russian ones.
At the end of February 2022, FIFA and UEFA suspended Russian teams and clubs from participating in international tournaments due to the situation in Ukraine.
— Of course, football players from Europe are still ready to go to Russian clubs. Someone is afraid, but in general, I think there will be no problems. But I believe that RPL clubs will look for options in Latin America. There are worthy players who are able to strengthen any club. Don’t forget about the Asian market. Everywhere there are quality players, – quotes the words of the agent “RB Sport”.
Earlier, FIFA issued a special provision allowing legionnaires and foreign coaches to unilaterally suspend contracts with Russian clubs.
The summer transfer window in Russia will open on July 1.
