“I don’t want players like Spertsyan to leave the RPL” – Semin
Former Lokomotiv coach Yuri Semin called Krasnodar midfielder Eduard Spertsyan a talented football player, and also admitted that he did not want such players to leave the RPL.
Earlier it became known that the 23-year-old midfielder is being followed by Italian clubs, as well as the Amsterdam Ajax.
— The future of Spertsyan? Of course, he is a very talented guy, he probably thinks about playing in the best European championships, the Champions League. On the one hand, his desire to move on is understandable, but on the other hand, I don’t want players like Spertsyan to leave our league. This lowers the level of the entire championship,” Semin told RB Sport.
Spertsyan is a graduate of the Krasnodar Academy. For the main team, he played 75 matches, scored 22 goals and gave 18 assists. At the end of the 2022/23 season, he was recognized as the best RPL midfielder.
