Ex-football player of “Rubin” died of a heart attack
Former Belgian and Russian Rubin footballer Cédric Roussel has died of a heart attack, according to Les Sports.
On Saturday, a man who was 45 years old visited one of the cafes in the central square of Brussels (Belgium). At some point, the ex-football player became ill and died, despite the efforts of doctors.
Roussel made seven appearances for Rubin Kazan in 2004 and scored a goal for the team. He spent most of his career in Belgium. In the 2002/03 season, the striker became the top scorer of the Belgian championship, speaking for Mons. Cedric Roussel played three matches for the Belgian national team.
