“Parshivlyuk has never let Dynamo down, he will still be useful to the team” – Terekhin

Former Dynamo football player Oleg Terekhin told RB Sport that he considers the decision of the Blue and White to extend the contract with Muscovites defender Sergei Parshivlyuk correct.

On Tuesday, Dynamo announced the extension of the agreement with the 34-year-old football player until the end of the 2023/24 season.

– The right decision, the team needs experienced players. Was it worth offering a longer contract? Yes, and for a year is also not bad, they already know better how the negotiations were going. Sergei is a quality player, he moved to the club from Spartak and has always been useful, he has never let me down. If necessary, he will go to the base, and if asked to come on as a substitute, he will not hesitate to do so. Good player.

– Could Lichka influence the extension?

– One hundred percent. He was probably asked about the prospects of Parshivlyuk in the team. The coaching staff and the leadership of the White and Blue did everything right, Sergei will definitely come in handy for Dynamo.

Parshivlyuk joined Dynamo in 2019 and made 89 appearances for the club, scoring one goal and 7 assists.

The Moscow club finished last season WORLD RPL in 9th place.

INFANTINO: “If there was no FIFA, there would be no football in 150 countries of the world”

FIFA President Gianni Infantino He commented on World Cup ticket prices, saying they reflected “absolutely insane” demand for next summer’s tournament:

“We have six to seven million tickets and in 15 days we received 150 million ticket requests. So every day we have 10 million requests. This shows how strong the World Cup is.”

FIFA has sold just 44 million tickets in almost 100 years of the World Cup. So we were able to sell tickets for the 300th anniversary of the World Cup in two weeks. Just imagine. “This is absolutely crazy.”

Infantino also noted that funds from ticket sales would be reinvested into world football, but did not specify a specific amount:

“The important thing is that the revenue from this goes back into football around the world. If it weren’t for FIFA, there would be no football in 150 countries of the world. Football exists thanks to the revenues we get from the World Cup, and we reinvest that into football around the world.”

Previously, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer called on FIFA to further reduce 2026 World Cup ticket prices.
