Former CSKA football player Dmitry Kuznetsov believes that Spartak midfielder Ruslan Litvinov can be called the best young player in the WORLD RPL due to his versatile playing style.

Dynamo forward Konstantin Tyukavin and Litvinov scored the same number of points and entered the top 3.
