“I do not deny the merits of Pinyaev and Tyukavin, but I would put Litvinov in the first place” – Kavazashvili
Former Spartak football player Anzor Kavazashvili considers Red-White midfielder Ruslan Litvinov to be the best young player in the 2022/23 season.
– I will always put Litvinov in the first place. This is a progressive player. Today he is considered a great master – he plays as a midfielder, a central defender, not only in his team, but also in the national team.
I would not compare Pinyaev and Tyukavin. But it is very pleasant that Pinyaev appeared, seriously stirred on the field, showed many of his extraordinary actions, efficiency. We have known Tyukavin for a long time, this year he has especially improved. But Litvinov today is already a mature master. I will put Ruslan in the first place. I agree that Pinyaev and Tyukavin should be in the top three, I do not deny their merits,” Kavazashvili told the “Championship”.
Litvinov, 21, made 34 appearances last season, scoring 3 goals and making 4 assists. He was recognized as the best young player of the Red-Whites last season according to the results of the fans’ vote.
