Spartak and Khlusevich should not think about moving to Lazio – you have to go, said Gladilin
Former Spartak coach Valery Gladilin believes that the defender of the Red-Whites Daniil Khlusevich should move to Lazio if an offer is received from the club.
Earlier, journalist Gianluca Di Marzio said that Khlusevich was interested in Sporting, as well as Italian Lazio, Verona and Genoa. It was reported that the most likely outcome could be a transfer to Lazio on loan with an option to buy for 8 million euros.
– Lazio is a very big club. Probably Khlusevich’s agents are working on his transfer. Spartak and Daniil should not think about it – they need to move on. It is a great prestige when a Russian player is invited by Lazio, one of the leading clubs in Italy.
So far, Daniil has not even had a stable place in Spartak, because the team has a rather large rotation. But Khlusevich is a qualified player with decent potential. If a possible transfer to Lazio is not a rumor, then you need to move on and try to prove yourself, – Gladilin said to the Championship.
Khlusevich, 22, made 35 appearances in all competitions last season and scored 4 assists.
