Former player of the Russian national football team Dmitry Bulykin believes that the forward of the Moscow Lokomotiv Artem Dzyuba can become a good coach in the future if he makes an effort.

On Saturday, Dzyuba took part in a fan meeting as part of the Moscow Sports Day and, answering questions from fans, said that in the future he wants to try himself as a coach.

– Any former footballer, especially one who played at a good level, has the makings of becoming a coach. To do this, you need to be responsible for your studies. Dzyuba can make a good coach if he goes to study, gets into all the nuances, gains experience in one of the teams. At the very least, he can make a good coach-motivator,” Bulykin told Gazeta.Ru.

Dzyuba joined the railroad in February 2023. The forward played 11 matches last season, scoring eight goals and providing five assists. Lokomotiv finished the league in eighth place with 45 points.

At the end of May, Dzyuba, who will turn 35 in August, signed a new agreement with the Moscow club until the end of the 2023/24 season with the possibility of an extension for another year.
