Former Tom coach Valery Nepomnyashchiy believes that ex-defender of the Russian national team Fedor Kudryashov is in demand in Russia no less than in Turkey.

On Sunday, Antalyaspor announced the departure of Kudryashov as a free agent due to the expiration of the contract. The Russian has been playing for the club since 2020.

– I think Kudryashov may be of interest to RPL clubs this summer. He spent a long time in the European Championship, played there in the first team. Many Russian teams lack a player of this kind. His age is normal, data is good. The most important thing is Fedor’s desire. Perhaps he will look for a team in Turkey. But, I think, in Russia it is no less in demand, – Nepomniachtchi told RB Sport.

In total, 36-year-old Kudryashov has 110 matches for Antalyaspor, in which he scored one goal and gave three assists. The defender also played for Akhmat, Rostov, Spartak, Rubin, Sochi, Khimki, Tom, Krasnodar and Istanbul Basaksehir.
