Larin may enter the structure of the “Wings of the Soviets”, but the position of the CEO is out of the question – media

The former director of “Chertanovo” Nikolai Larin is not considered for the position of general director of the Samara “Wings of the Soviets”, but may be in the structure of the club, sources say “RB Sport”.

Earlier, the Championship portal reported that Larin would become the general director of Wings of the Soviets. Now this position is held by Vadim Andreev. On Wednesday, RIA Novosti reported that Larin had arrived in Kazan with Krylya Sovetov for a friendly match against Rubin.

According to RB Sport, which is also confirmed by Match TV sources, Larin is not considered for the position of general director of Samara residents. At the same time, he may end up in the structure of the club – a final decision on this matter has not yet been made.

In September 2022, Larin was sentenced to three years in a penal colony under the article on “Fraud committed by an organized group of persons on an especially large scale or resulting in the deprivation of a citizen’s right to housing.” After that, the former head of Chertanovo filed an appeal and was released from custody at the end of May. Three years of imprisonment were replaced with a suspended sentence.
