Kuranyi named the top five legionnaires in the history of the RPL

Former player of the German national team and Dynamo Kevin Kuranyi told RB Sport who he considers the best foreign players in the history of the Russian Premier League.
– Who would I include in the top 5 best foreign players in the history of the RPL? This is a difficult question, because at different times very strong foreigners played in the Russian championship. I am very pleased that many fans call me one of the best, I am proud of it. But my top 5 will be: Wagner Love, Danny, Voronin, Hulk and Quincy Promes. An excellent five! Kurani said.
In the 2022/23 season, Spartak midfielder Quincy Promes set a record for the number of goals in the Russian league among foreign players (88 goals), beating Wagner Love (CSKA) and Serdar Azmun (Rubin, Zenit).
