Referee Sergey Karasev, who served the OLIMPBET Russian Super Cup between Zenit and CSKA, believes that it is difficult to reproach the refereeing team for something based on the results of the match.
On Saturday in Kazan, Zenit defeated CSKA. The main time of the match ended with a score of 0:0, the club from St. Petersburg won on penalties – 5:4.
– There was a lot of struggle and joints, how hard was it to keep the game under control?
– It is difficult to reproach us for something: we tried to keep the level of martial arts, let us fight. As soon as the temperature rose, we tried to regain control. I think that such work can be added to the asset,” Karasev told Sport24.
The new season of the MIR RPL starts on July 21 with the Dynamo-Krasnodar match. Match TV will show live three matches of the first round: Lokomotiv – Rubin (July 22, 17:15), Akhmat – Wings of the Soviets (July 22, 19:45) and Sochi – “Baltika” (July 23, 19:45).
