President of the Football National League Nail Izmailov made a statement regarding possible changes in the calendar of matches of the Second League.
On the night of July 17, an emergency occurred in the area of the 145th pillar of the Crimean bridge from the Krasnodar Territory. Traffic was suspended on the bridge.
– Due to the current situation and the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, which caused the collapse of the roadway, the Football National League is in touch with the clubs. In the first round in group 1.1 yesterday SKA Rostov played with Sevastopol while the team is in the Crimea. “Rubin Yalta” in the Krasnodar Territory – options are being worked out for returning to Yalta via a ferry crossing and a railway connection.
As for the second round, where Kuban Holding will have to play in Yalta, and Sevastopol will go to Stavropol, we will follow the development of the situation, communicate with the teams and make decisions. We will separately inform you if there are any changes in the calendar, ”the press service of the FNL quoted Izmailov as saying.
Crimean clubs for the first time since the 2014/15 season started in the Russian tournament.
In the first round of the Second League on Sunday, Rubin from Yalta played a draw on the road with Biologist from Novokubansk (1:1), and Sevastopol beat SKA Rostov (3:1).
