Diveev may miss the game of CSKA in the first round of the RPL, said the agent

CSKA defender Igor Diveev has not yet recovered from the match for OLIMPBET Russian Super Cup against Zenit and may miss the first game of the new season in the MIR RPL, according to football agent Oleg Eremin.

CSKA head coach Vladimir Fedotov said after the match that Diveev had injured his ankle. The main time of the meeting in Kazan ended with the score 0:0. In the penalty shootout, the Zenit players turned out to be more accurate – 5:4. Diveev was substituted at half time.

– Not strong in medical terms, but I know that Igor could not play and for this reason was replaced. I don’t think this is a systemic story, because he played without injury for a long time. Apparently, the body reacts to excessive loads in this way. Now the problem is not solved, and the medical staff will deal with it. Perhaps he will not take part in the first round.

The new season of the MIR RPL starts on July 21 with the Dynamo-Krasnodar match. Match TV will show live three matches of the first round: Lokomotiv – Rubin (July 22, 17:15), Akhmat – Wings of the Soviets (July 22, 19:45) and Sochi – “Baltika” (July 23, 19:45).
