The general director of the Makhachkala “Dynamo” Shamil Gazizov told “RB Sport” about the lawsuits with the Moscow “Spartak”.

Gazizov served as the CEO of Spartak from July to December 2020. In June of this year, Spartak lawyer Tatyana Zavyalova told Match TV that the Moscow club had recovered 93 million rubles from Gazizov, the amount he paid himself on his last day of work. Earlier, Zavyalova confirmed to Match TV that Gazizov had already filed the seventh lawsuit against Spartak, this time in the amount of 359 million 910 thousand rubles.

– About Spartak. From time to time there is news about your trial with Spartak. What’s happening?

— The law firm handles my cases, they conduct courts. I said that they just threw me, for a normal person this is clear. They ask me what are you doing? I’m fighting in the legal field, trying to prove my case. When they agreed on everything, shook hands, and then it turns out that everything is wrong, Leonid Arnoldovich did not have this right. And who had? So everything is simple, but there are legal conflicts. Recently, on July 13, a case came out of the Constitutional Court – one to one, like mine. And everything was recognized there. Therefore, today I claim that I was directly thrown. I will fight on. I don’t want to be spoken to in the spirit of “get out, booger, flea.”

– You mean that this is exactly what Fedun did with you.

– I speak figuratively – big uncles with big money. Do they have the right to decide the fate of people? Do they have the right to give a word and then take it away? They probably have – that’s what they think.

– Fedun always kept his promises. Do you understand why he gave back now?

So it didn’t always work. You should ask him, not me. Nobody says that I made it all up. No. If I had done something wrong, they would have been imprisoned a long time ago. They would say that this is not his hand, not the contract, I wrote it myself … This is ridiculous. Yet they say – Urunov, Kokorin, invent stories. Urunov is now the best player in Uzbekistan, Kokorin is the best in Cyprus. It turns out that the general director is to blame for the fact that they did not play in Spartak. And Moses began to play, but it turns out that Zarema brought him. I came when the team was in seventh place, and left – in first. Is it by chance?

– Do you admit that your court will eventually reach the Constitutional Court?

– Certainly. I’m not deceiving anyone. Do you understand that I am fighting for the truth? Reasonable people understand this. And I don’t have that kind of money to run and fight with paid channels. There is no such resource.
