Semin: “Serie A is a good option for Zakharyan, there is a big demand for RPL players in Italy”

Former Lokomotiv coach Yuri Semin told RB Sport that for Dynamo midfielder Arsen Zakharyan, moving to Serie A would be a good option.
Earlier, Lazio president Claudio Lotito said the club hoped to close a deal to bring a “very strong player” before the end of this week. At the same time, the head of the Romans did not specify the name of the football player. According to the Italian media, we are talking about Zakharyan.
– What only clubs were not interested in Zakharyan. There is no point in discussing anything until the moment the player officially transfers. Is it a good option to move to Serie A? Yes, it would be nice for Arsene, in Italy there is a great demand for RPL players, – said Semin.
Zakharyan is a graduate of Dynamo. The footballer played 84 matches for the team, scored 17 goals and made 24 assists. The contract of the 20-year-old player with the blue-and-whites runs until 2024. Transfermarkt estimates the value of the Russian at 15 million euros.
On Friday, Dynamo in the match of the 1st round of the WORLD RPL lost at home to Krasnodar with a score of 1:3. Zakharyan played the entire match.
