Chelsea have signed Ecuadorian midfielder Moises Caicedo to an 8-year contract.

Ecuadorian midfielder Moises Caicedo has become a Chelsea player, according to the press service of the London club.
The agreement with the 21-year-old footballer is for 8 years with the possibility of extension for another season. According to British media, the deal amounted to more than 115 million pounds (more than 133 million euros).
I am happy to join Chelsea! I’m so happy to be here at this big club, I didn’t have to think twice when I got the call from Chelsea, I just knew I wanted to sign for this club. My dream has come true, I can’t wait to start working with the team,” Caicedo shared his impressions.
Since 2021, Caicedo has been playing for Brighton. He made 53 appearances for the team, scoring two goals and providing three assists. He has three goals and 32 caps for Ecuador.
