Popov called Cherchesov the best option for Rubin

Former Rubin defender Alexei Popov believes that the appointment of Stanislav Cherchesov as head coach of the Kazan team is the best option for the club from Tatarstan.

Rubin under the leadership of Rashid Rakhimov scored two points in four matches of the RPL.
