The Spanish Football Federation will file a lawsuit to protect the honor of the RFEF president Louis Rubialesin response to a statement by the Futpo union, which speaks on behalf of Jennifer Hermoso. Here’s what it says (Hermoso’s words):

I want to clarify that, as you can see in the images, I have in no way consented to the kiss, and certainly in no way have I attempted to relieve the President. I will not tolerate my words being questioned, much less making up words that I didn’t say.

RFEF claims that Rubiales denies the allegations and told the truth clearly and concisely. It is also said that he tried until the last minute to resolve the incident without making it public, but the line was crossed and he decided to publicly declare his version of events. This version was confirmed during internal investigations.

And as a first demonstration that the facts told by Rubiales are absolutely true and that he is not lying, the federation has provided accompanying images. In these photos, Hermoso herself can be seen embracing the president of the RFEF and then picking him up.
