Goalkeeping coach of the Russian national team Vitaly Kafanov said that CSKA goalkeeper Vladislav Torop deserved to be called up to the national team for a training camp.
On Wednesday, the coaching staff of the Russian national team, headed by Valery Karpin, named the composition of the national team players for the September training camp.

The training camp of the Russian national team will begin in Novogorsk on September 4 and will last until September 12. On July 7, RFU Secretary General Maxim Mitrofanov announced that the Russian team would play a friendly match against Qatar on September 12 in Doha.
