Former Rubin goalkeeper Sergei Ryzhikov believes that midfielder Alexander Ryazantsev had a fantastic football career.
On September 8, Torpedo announced the retirement of the 37-year-old football player and his appointment to the position of sports coordinator of the club. Ryazantsev has been playing for the automakers since 2019.
— Ryazantsev had a magnificent and fantastic career! “I’m very glad that Sasha came to this decision, I wish him all the best after his football life,” Ryzhikov told Metaratings.ru.
Previously, Ryazantsev defended the colors of St. Petersburg “Zenith”, with whom he won the Russian champion title, played for Ekaterinburg “Ural”, Perm “Amkar”, “Khimki” near Moscow, football club “Moscow” and Kazan “Rubin”. The footballer has five matches in the Russian national team. With the Kazan team he won two championship titles.
