The draw for the 4th round of the Russian Cup Regions Path will take place on 15 September.
It starts at 12:00 Moscow time. It will be conducted by a joint commission and invited guests – former footballers of the Russian national team Eugenio Aldonin AND Dmitry Bulykin.
This phase will feature 32 teams (14 third round winners and 18 First League clubs). The amateur clubs and the representatives of the Second League that have passed the 3rd round play only with the teams of the First League. Four clubs from the First League, determined by draw, play matches with each other.
The winner of the third round will automatically become the home team in the new round. In the pairs of First League teams, the host club will be the one that, as a result of the draw, will be moved to the pot with the winner of the 3rd qualifying round.
