Spalletti deserved an appointment to the Italian national team, says Radchenko

Former Zenit coach Dmitry Radchenko believes that Luciano Spalletti deserved an appointment to the Italian national team.

Spalletti took charge of the Italian team in August 2023, replacing Roberto Mancini. In the first match under Spalletti, the Italians drew with North Macedonia (1:1).

The Italian national team will play the Euro 2024 qualifying match with the Ukrainian team on September 12. The match will start at 21:45 (Moscow time).
