Spartak defeated Paris NN and advanced to the playoffs ahead of schedule. Paths of the RPL Russian Cup

Moscow “Spartak” won a major victory over Nizhny Novgorod “Paris NN” and guaranteed itself a place in the playoffs of the RPL FONBET Russian Cup.
The Group D meeting in Nizhny Novgorod ended with a score of 3:0, goals scored by Leon Klassen, Christopher Martins and Quincy Promes. At the beginning of the second half, Alexander Maksimenko’s goal was scored by the hosts’ midfielder Alexander Troshechkin, but the goal was canceled after using the VAR system.
Spartak scored 12 points in four matches and secured entry into the playoffs of the RPL Path from first place. Dynamo Moscow and Krasnodar have five points each, while Paris NN (2) is in fourth place. In the next round, the “red-whites” will play away against “Dynamo”, “Paris NN” will go to visit “Krasnodar”. The matches will take place on October 4.
