Khudyakov’s agent did not rule out the goalkeeper leaving Lokomotiv for a European club

Agent Vadim Shpinev, representing the interests of Lokomotiv Daniil Khudyakov, spoke about the situation with the footballer’s playing time.

The 19-year-old goalkeeper’s contract with Lokomotiv runs until the summer of 2024.

— Khudyakov’s situation remains the same. In part, we can agree with Mikhail Galaktionov that goalkeepers need to be patient. One position, and the club has three goalkeepers, only the coach determines the only nominee for the match. And he is the well-known Ilya Lantratov.

It’s hard for me to say what will happen in winter until I’m ready to talk. But perhaps we will consider the option of employment in Europe. Renting is also possible, but renting in Russia is unlikely; there are some nuances here. In order to leave Lokomotiv on loan, the club must provide another goalkeeper in the lineup, who can replace Ilya or Marinato in case of force majeure.

It’s difficult for me to answer why this particular goalkeeper plays in the cup, why there is such trust. But the answer is clear and understandable: the composition is determined by the coach. Any football club must step into the situation and understand the fate of each player personally. By winter we will come to a definite decision so that Lokomotiv will treat it with understanding. We will look for a mutually acceptable option,” Shpinev told Metaratings.ru.
