“I don’t know what Yusupov meant. Transfers? The window is closed” – Tochilin
Sochi head coach Alexander Tochilin commented on the words of midfielder Artur Yusupov about the team’s financing, noting that the transfer window is closed and the club cannot acquire new players.
Earlier, Yusupov said that for good results the club must invest funds.
“I don’t know what Yusupov meant.” What does it mean to “invest money”? Transfers? The window is closed. At this point nothing can be fixed. The club is stable. I don’t think there were big injections in previous seasons. We simply managed to find better football players for average or little money,” Sport24 quotes Tochilin as saying.
After nine rounds, Sochi occupies penultimate 15th place in the RPL standings, with 6 points.
