Yaroshik called Orenburg’s victory over Zenit in the RPL historic

Former head coach of Orenburg Jiri Jarosik called the Orenburg team’s victory over Zenit in the 10th round of the WORLD RPL historic.

The meeting took place on Saturday at the Orenburg field and ended with a score of 3:1.

— I know the result, but I didn’t watch the game, because there is no opportunity here in the Czech Republic. I didn’t watch other matches for this reason either. The result with Zenit was surprising, this is a big victory for Orenburg, one might say, a historic victory, because it is the first in the history of their confrontation. But, on the other hand, it is clear that Zenit is not in the best shape: two defeats in a row indicate this. Orenburg has great potential. At the beginning of the season, when I was a coach, we were not in the best shape, but we didn’t play badly, even though we were losing.

— Do you keep in touch with any of the guys?

— No, but we recently called the administrators. It was nice to hear from them, to find out how they were doing,” Yaroshik told Match TV.

Yaroshik left Orenburg on August 22. The Czech coach led the club in 7 matches in all tournaments, five of which the team lost. The club is currently managed by Spaniard David Deogracia.
